The Human Dividend

What becomes more valuable when AI gets better

Show me the value AI Powered

Most organisations are asking the wrong question - whether AI will take jobs, whether teams are skilled enough, whether they're moving fast enough. This talk replaces those questions with better ones.

The Human Dividend is built around three categories of human capability: those AI will absorb, those requiring human oversight, and those where human judgement creates irreplaceable value. Audiences map their own work against that model in real time - leaving with a framework they've already started using.

Suitable for

All-staff events, leadership away-days, conferences. Tailored to sector and context.

The Human Value
Mapping workshop

Show me the value AI Powered

Most AI workshops show you what AI can do. This one starts with what humans do that AI can't - and builds a shared map of where those capabilities matter most for your work.

Teams leave with a map specific to their actual work, a shared language for the decisions that follow, and concrete commitments - not aspirations.

The session

What happens in the room.

Five phases, each building on the last. A facilitated working meeting — not a presentation.

01

Opening framing

15–20 min

We establish what AI can actually do in your sector. Everyone starts from the same factual basis before the mapping begins.

02

Individual mapping

40–50 min

Each participant maps their work across three categories: tasks AI absorbs, tasks needing oversight, and tasks where human judgement is irreplaceable.

03

Team synthesis

55–65 min

Individual maps merge into a shared picture. Consensus and disagreement both surface — the collective map reveals things no individual map can show.

04

Prioritisation

40–50 min

What to develop, what to protect, what to stop treating as human work — three clear lists, clearly owned.

05

Commitments & next steps

20–25 min

Concrete commitments — not goals. The team leaves with a finished Human Value Map, priorities, and a session report within 48 hours.

The workshop leads to the Human Advantage Accelerator — four sessions that turn the map into lasting capability.
